If your item is defective, damaged during shipment, or if you received the wrong item, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and photos of the damaged/incorrect product and its barcode (if applicable). Please get in contact with us within 25 days of the item’s delivery. Apparel items must be un-worn, un-washed, tags intact, and in their original condition. Barcode stickers must not be removed from apparel.
We’ll send you a replacement ASAP, and in most scenarios, we won’t ask for the damage piece back—who wants the hassle of a return if they don’t have to? We don’t, and we know you don’t. Once the replacement arrives, free to gift it or thrift it!
