The world tells us to “listen to our hearts” and our feelings as the ever-changing, subjective fount of morality in which anything can be justified, uniform for no one. Instead, we rely on the Word of God as our source of truth and ultimate authority. His Word is sufficient for us!
Jeremiah 17:9 “The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately sick; who can understand it?”
Proverbs 14:12-13 “There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way to death. Even in laughter the heart may ache, and the end of joy may be grief.”
Proverbs 28:26 “Whoever trusts in his own mind is a fool, but he who walks in wisdom will be delivered.”
Aside from the allusion to the acronym TULIP, this design is also a hat tip to a sweet friend, Jeannette, whom I had the joy and privilege of seeing come to faith in Christ years ago! I originally made her a necklace just like these as a gift on the day of her baptism to remind her of the Lord’s kindness and sovereignty. May it remind you of the same!
Our tulip necklaces and earrings are the perfect everyday jewelry that go with everything! They are:
—available in antiqued brass or antiqued silver over brass
*earrings come with backings
Your earrings, necklace or set will come in a beautiful, reusable gift bag imprinted with “Sola Gratia” and Eph. 2:8-9 as an encouraging reminder of the Lord’s kindness to seek and save those who are His—perfect for gifting!
“Knowing how to interpret Scripture correctly, therefore, is as important as knowing that the Bible is true. And since the Bible was written by authors with specific intents, the way to determine a text’s meaning is to discern the original author’s intent for it.” -Ligonier
“Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their toil. For if they fall, one will lift up his fellow. But woe to him who is alone when he falls and has not another to lift him up! Again, if two lie together, they keep warm, but how can one keep warm alone? And though a man might prevail against one who is alone, two will withstand him—a threefold cord is not quickly broken.“ —Ecclesiastes 4:9-12

“Each sola is important, but the first four really exist to preserve the last one, namely, the glory of God. By sola Scriptura, we declare the glory of God’s authority by noting that only His inspired Word can command us absolutely. Sola fide, solus Christus, and sola gratia all exalt God’s glory in salvation. God and God alone—through His Son, Jesus Christ—saves His people from sin and death.” —R.C. Sproul

“For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.” —Ephesians 2:8-9
Sola Gratia means “grace alone” and is the namesake for Sola Gratia Co. It is only by grace through faith that men can find salvation from sin—as opposed to any of our work meriting salvation. The only work that can save was Christ’s work on the cross. Our hope is that this might serve as a help in starting conversations about the Gospel of grace with others.
